In short

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, colour preference or fit.
• If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or different from what you ordered, you choose: a full refund or a replacement.
• Record a short unboxing video (10 seconds or longer) while you open the parcel and send it to us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Every piece is handmade, so an order cannot be cancelled once it is placed. You can still correct your details before dispatch.
• If we miss the dispatch date we promised, we tell you and you may take a full refund. If we are 7 days late on a ready-stock piece or 10 days late on a made-to-order piece, we refund you automatically unless you ask us to continue.
